Due to the nature of our products and enhanced safety measures, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges at this time. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly before making a selection.
Damages and issues
We completely understand that packages may become damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us within five days of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged product (this is for our records as well as our shipping partners).
